Who we are
This website, britaprofl.com, is run by Home Makeover Systems, doing business as Brita Pro of Central Florida. We install and service water softeners, whole-house filtration and drinking water systems in Orange, Seminole, Lake, Volusia, Brevard and Osceola counties.

In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Brita Pro of Central Florida. “You” means anyone who visits the website, contacts us, or is our customer.
Information you give us
- Forms. When you ask for a free water test, a callback or a quote, we collect what you type: usually your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code or address, and anything you tell us about your water (for example, whether you are on city water or a well, and what you have noticed).
- The chat and callback widget. The chat window on every page collects your messages and, if you ask us to call or email you, your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code and the service you are interested in. See The website chat assistant.
- Phone calls and texts. When you call or text us, we receive your phone number and the details of the call or message. See Phone calls and text messages.
- Email and in person. Anything you send us by email or tell us during a visit, including details about your home and water system, and the results of your water test.
We do not take payments on this website and the website has no customer accounts or logins.
Information collected automatically
When you use the website, some information is collected automatically by our own site and by the services listed in Cookies and similar technologies. This includes:
- the pages you visit, how you arrived (for example, from a Google search or an ad), and how long you stay;
- your device and browser type, screen size, and approximate location based on your IP address;
- which phone number you saw and whether you called it (call tracking);
- whether you clicked one of our ads, so we can measure our advertising.
How we use your information
- to answer your request and book your free in-home water test;
- to recommend, install, service and support your water treatment system;
- to call, text or email you about your request, your appointment or your system;
- to send occasional emails about our services, offers and water-care tips to customers and to people who have contacted us. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link;
- to ask for feedback on our service;
- to understand how the website is used and improve it;
- to measure our advertising and show our ads to people who have visited the site (see Advertising);
- to keep the website secure and block spam;
- to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
The website chat assistant
The chat window on our website is answered by an automated AI assistant, not a person. It answers common questions and can pass a request for a call or email to our team. A member of our team may follow up by phone or email.
Your chat messages and any details you enter are processed by our chat provider, Engage360, and by Anthropic, whose AI model generates the assistant’s replies. We keep chat transcripts for as long as we find them useful, and we may delete them at any time. Please do not share sensitive information, such as payment details, in the chat.
Phone calls and text messages
Calls. We use a call-tracking service, CallRail, to understand which ads and pages lead people to call us. Because of this, the phone number you see on the website may be different from the one another visitor sees. Every number reaches our office. CallRail records the calling number, the time and length of the call, and how you found us. Calls are recorded for quality, training and record-keeping, and you will hear a notice at the start of a recorded call. Recordings are stored by CallRail.
Text messages. If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we may text you appointment reminders, requests for feedback on our service, and promotional offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, such as browser storage and tracking pixels, do the same job. We use them to make the site work, to understand how it is used, and to measure and target our advertising. The main ones are:
| Tool | Provider | What it does | Cookies or storage | How to opt out |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Google Analytics | Counts visits and shows how the site is used | _ga, _ga_* | Analytics opt-out add-on | |
| Google Ads | Measures ad results; may show our ads to past visitors | _gcl_au and Google advertising cookies | My Ad Center | |
| Google Tag Manager | Loads the analytics and advertising tools in this table | none of its own | — | |
| Meta Pixel | Meta | Measures Facebook and Instagram ad results; builds ad audiences | _fbp | Facebook ad preferences |
| CallRail | CallRail | Shows a tracking phone number and links calls to visits | calltrk_* cookies and browser storage | browser settings |
| Engage360 chat | Engage360 | Remembers your chat between pages and visits | e360:visitor, e360:session (browser storage) | browser settings |
| reCAPTCHA | Protects forms from spam | Google security cookies | browser settings | |
| Cloudflare | Cloudflare | Security and performance | security cookies when needed; cookieless statistics | — |
Pages that show Google Maps or customer reviews (Trustindex) load content from those services, which may set their own cookies.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block them, the website still works, but some features, such as the chat, may not remember you.
Advertising
We advertise on Google and on Facebook and Instagram. The Google and Meta tags on our website tell us when an ad led to a visit, a call or a form, and they may be used to show our ads to people who have visited our website (this is called remarketing). Google and Meta may combine this with other information they hold about you, under their own privacy policies.
To control the ads you see: Google My Ad Center; Facebook and Instagram ad preferences; or the industry opt-out at optout.aboutads.info.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiry and customer records, call recordings and chat transcripts for as long as we find them useful, which may be indefinitely. A water treatment system can be in service for many years, and we use these records to support it and to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations. We may delete records at any time. You can ask us to delete your information (see Your choices). Analytics and advertising data are kept for the periods set by those providers.
How we protect information
We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal information, including secure (HTTPS) connections on this website, access limited to people who need it to do their job, and service providers who are expected to protect it. No website or system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as the law requires.
Your choices
- Texts: reply STOP to any text.
- Marketing emails: use the unsubscribe link in any email.
- Calls: ask us not to call you, and we will note it on your record.
- Your information: you can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] or call (407) 634-4345. We may need to confirm your identity, and we may keep some information where the law requires it or to complete work for you.
- Cookies and ads: see Cookies and Advertising.
Children
Our services are for homeowners and adults. The website is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you think a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Links to other websites
Our website links to other sites, such as review sites, social media and maps. Their privacy practices are their own; please read their policies.

We may update this policy when our services or the tools we use change. The date at the top shows when it last changed. Please check this page from time to time.
